Nursery Check-in Procedures:

1. Sign child in at desk on appropriate sheet.

2. Fill out/put name tag on diaper bag

3. Obtain assigned pager (or leave cell number with attendant.)

4. Present child and diaper bag to escort.

Nursery Check-out Procedures:

1. Sign child out at desk on appropriate sheet.

2. Return pager
